Chicken Parma Stuffed Peppers

Delicious lunch time healthy recipe super easy to make and low in fat.

You could also prepare these to serve with a BBQ when the weather gets better.

  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Garlic cloves
  • Marinara
  • Fresh and well chopped parsley
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper, ground
  • Bell peppers, halved
  • Fresh breaded cooked chicken 


Step 1:

Heat oven up to 180c and then take a large bowl and add mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, marinara, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, ground black pepper and mix it well. Then add the chicken in this paste.

Step 2:

Now put some broth in the baking dish and put the bell peppers in it. Put the sauce in the ball peppers and top it with cheese.

Step 3:

Bake it for 1 hour and then take out and uncover, Serve it with parsley as garnishing.
