
Strawberry Compote
A delicious fast healthy recipe to throw together that will please everybody
What you need:
🟢40g quick (porridge) oats
🟢1 tbsp chia seeds
🟢1 tbsp almond flour
🟢2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
🟢pinch of salt
🟢pinch of vanilla (optional)
🟢100ml hot, freshly boiled water
🟢100ml almond milk
What to do:
Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Set aside for 20-30 minutes to soak. Mix again, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! .
