Recent studies show that 3 cups of coffee a day could reduce your risk of death by cardiovascular disease by 19% according to a new analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine. And it gets better for the latte lovers – research in British Medical Journal found that necking lots of coffee was associated with an 18% lower risk of cancer, compared with a drinking a little or none at all.
