Started with Laura on her 30 day plan. I completed a detailed questionnaire and Laura devised a customised eating plan. The plan was very easy to follow with nutritious,wholesome foods. The plan not only gave me a weekly weight loss, there was a big improvement in my overall health and wellbeing with better sleep and improvements in energy and skin. I also saw a big reduction in my cholesterol levels just from following Laura’s plan and without the use of cholesterol lowering products.
