When you sign up you will receive an automatic client questionnaire to your email which you need to complete as honestly as you can listing the foods you like and don’t like to allow Laura to do your nutrition analysis. A couple of days before your start date you will receive your customised plan to allow you to prepare and to go food shopping. This also allows for any questions you may have.
