What you need:
•2 slices whole-grain bread
•4 slices goat’s cheese
•½ mango, sliced
•2 tsp. honey
•¼ tsp. sea salt
•2 tbsp. basil leaves
What to do:
Toast the bread.
Place the sliced cheese and mango on the toast and drizzle with honey.
To serve, season with salt and garnish with basil leaves.
